They dressed up the kids at school (daycare) like pirates and painted their faces on talk like a pirate day. This was pretty predictable.
What was not predictable was the director of engineering for our whole site (thousands of people) showing up dressed like a pirate. I have to give a lot of respect to her for that, I don't think I could pull that off.
